The Journey of PAUL Began in 1889
In the quaint town of Croix in northern France, a small family-run bakery owned by the Mayot family quietly came to life. Rooted in traditional craftsmanship and passed down through generations, the legacy was later entrusted to the Holder family, who carried this French artisanal spirit onto the global stage.
Today, PAUL is more than just a name for bread — it is a celebration of the French art de vivre. From freshly baked bread and elegant pastries to leisurely coffee moments, we honor heritage with every touch and let time shape every flavor.

We Insist On Using Premium Ingredients Directly Sourced From France
Since 1889, PAUL has been dedicated to baking every loaf with the purest French spirit. Using exclusively contracted French T65 winter wheat, it imparts a hearty wheat aroma and perfect chewiness. Traditional stone milling preserves the original flavor and nutrition of the wheat. Following authentic French sourdough fermentation techniques, each bite is filled with depth and vitality.
