Points can be earned at all PAUL stores in Taiwan (excluding delivery platforms and event collaborations) and will be credited after purchase.

Points earned from a purchase can only be redeemed on the next purchase.

Points are credited only for the transaction made and cannot be accumulated retroactively or split across multiple transactions. Once credited, points cannot be transferred or gifted.

Points expire 365 days after the day following the purchase; expired points will be forfeited.
