Points can be earned at all PAUL stores in Taiwan (excluding delivery platforms and event collaborations) and will be credited after purchase.Membership points can only be earned through purchases made at PAUL physical stores and the PAUL official online shop. Purchases made via third-party platforms such as Uber Eats, LINE Gifts, Pinkoi, and Books.com.tw are not eligible for membership point accumulation.

Points earned from a purchase can only be redeemed on the next purchase.

Points are calculated based on the total amount shown on the official receipt.

Members may apply for retroactive point registration within 7 days from the date of purchase (e.g., for a purchase made on January 1, the latest application date is January 8). To apply, please provide the official receipt and purchase details, or ask our store staff to assist in verifying the transaction information before points can be credited.

Each points redemption can only be used once and cannot be reused.

Points must be redeemed before payment during ordering (screenshots are not accepted). Redemption requests after ordering or payment will not be processed.

Redemption is limited to one member account per item; points from different accounts cannot be combined.

Points are for personal use only and cannot be combined with other promotions, transferred, or gifted.

Redeemable items are subject to availability and timing at each store.
