* Please note that cake delivery involves certain risks. Situations such as sugar frosting adhesion or slight product shifting during transit are natural occurrences and are not eligible for compensation or return/exchange.

What if no one is home to receive the package?

Since all products have a best-before date, if no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery time.
If you do not answer the call and the courier cannot reach you on the scheduled delivery day, they will attempt delivery again the next day.

If the delivery is not successful within 2 days, the courier will return the products to our company. We will dispose of the returned products, and any loss will be borne by the customer. We appreciate your understanding.

Best Enjoyment Method

Cake : Thaw in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours before consumption. Consume on the same day.

Bread : Can be stored refrigerated for up to 7 days. If kept at room temperature, consume within 48 hours.

Change Order

vIf you need to change your order after payment, please note that cancellations or changes are not allowed on the day of shipment.
A full charge for the products will be applied as a fee to cover the cost of ingredient preparation.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please only place an order for delivery if you accept that no compensation or returns/exchanges will be offered under the following conditions:
1. Possible impacts during delivery caused by vehicle movement or uneven roads.
2. Product deterioration due to opened packaging, consumption, temperature abuse, or improper storage.
3. Natural occurrences such as sugar glaze adhesion or slight product displacement.

To protect your rights, please inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If there are any issues, take photos and contact the original store or PAUL online store promptly.
Please note that claims reported on the day of receipt will not be accepted by our company.

According to Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the “Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Transactions”:
Products that are “perishable, have a short shelf life, or are near expiration at the time of contract cancellation” are considered reasonable exceptions under the proviso of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Since January 1, 2016, bread, cakes, and fresh food products are excluded from the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.
