How to Inquire
01. Confirm Your Date & Time
Please place your order at least 14 business days in advance (excluding the day of order) to allow us sufficient time to prepare and fulfill your request with care.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Service Hours: Events can be scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM daily, with a 1-hour delivery window of your choice.

Holiday Surcharge: An additional holiday service fee will apply for events held on weekends or public holidays.

Evening Surcharge: Events scheduled between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM will incur an additional service fee.

Delivery Fee: A round-trip delivery fee of NT$2,000 will be charged. To ensure product quality and freshness, catering services are currently available only in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Taichung.

Free Delivery: Complimentary delivery is available for orders that meet the minimum spending requirement.

Delivery Buffer Time: Please allow a 30-minute flexibility window for delivery arrangements.

Delays: PAUL and its management team are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

Redelivery Fee: In the case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unreachable recipient, an additional redelivery fee will apply. The delivery team will wait up to 10 minutes at the location.

All products are subject to availability.

To ensure the best flavor and freshness, we recommend consuming the product within 2 hours of receipt.

Disposable tableware is not provided. If needed, it can be purchased separately.

All listed prices include tax.

Full payment is required within 3 days of order confirmation.

Payment for PAUL catering services can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If delivery needs to be postponed due to event rescheduling, please inform us at least 2 business days in advance. Postponement is allowed for up to 2 weeks. -
If any changes are requested less than 2 business days before delivery, a modification fee will apply.

Unless otherwise stated, coupons and promotional offers cannot be combined.
